Come On....

Kira is learning English. Today we were headed out the door. I always put my phone in my back pocket. She then tried to put her play phone in her coat pocket and it wouldn't go..so she said in an exasperated voice, "come on!" So cute.
She is settling in just great. Beyond amazing. We had parties this weekend and she loved them. Danced and ate and acted like she had always done such things! The thing that amazed her most was leaving the party one of the guests had a helper dog and Kira could not believe the dog was riding in the car! It's the little things like that which seem to boggle her mind. She does so well I forget all this is new to her. And she LOVES to go in the car. Wants to go somewhere daily. Luckily, we are busy and oblige.
She is very good with the cats now but is still warming up to our Great Dane, Rowdy. Understandable:) Her other favorite phrase? "It's okay." However, she says it with a cute Italian accent.
Friday is dental surgery. Prayers appreciated. Don't know how she deals with anesthesia, but we will soon find out!
