Another day another Doctor visit

KR had hand surgery two weeks ago Friday and it went well. She is now sporting pretty purple casts.
Then, on Wednesday we returned to the hospital to have MRIs to check the chiari. That is the cerebellum part of her brain slipping into her spine. It hasn't changed so the neurosurgeon wants to leave it alone for now.
     We also met with a hip guy because KRs right hip kept popping. Good

news is its her IT band and we can just work a little to stretch that. Bad news? She does have hip dysplasia so we will be looking at surgery for that in a few years so hopefully she can avoid arthritis in them.
     We also met with the Craniofacial team and we are planning surgery for August, but that could change based on lots of other factors. The "sweet spot" age for her surgery is actually 7. So we will wait an pray and see what happens.
